Care for Your Mon Rue

Material-Specific Care
✦ Satin & Silk
Satin is delicate and marks easily. Avoid contact with water, oils, and rough surfaces. Blot — never rub — any spills immediately with a dry cloth. Store flat in the dust bag away from other shoes.
✦ Suede & Velvet
Use a soft suede brush to gently remove dirt and restore the nap. Treat with a suede protector spray before first use. Avoid water — if wet, blot dry and allow to dry naturally. Never use a standard leather cleaner on suede.
✦ PVC & Clear Materials
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat which can warp the material. Polish with a clean dry cloth to restore shine. Store separately to prevent surfaces from sticking.
✦ Faux Leather & Gloss
Wipe with a soft damp cloth and buff dry. A small amount of baby oil on a cloth can restore shine to dull areas. Avoid scuffs on hard surfaces. Store in the dust bag to prevent scratches.
✦ Fabric & Textile
Spot clean only with a mild soap and damp cloth. Do not soak or machine wash. Allow to dry completely before storing. Use a soft brush to remove any dry dirt or debris.
