Finding Your Size
Mon Rue shoes are generally true to size. However, every single style has its own individual size chart listed on the product page — sizing can vary depending on the silhouette, material, and construction of each shoe. We strongly recommend reading the size chart on the specific product you are ordering rather than relying on this general guide alone.
As a general reference, our sizing is based on foot length:

Generally yes — Mon Rue shoes are designed to be true to size. However, fit can vary between styles. Some silhouettes may run slightly narrow depending on the design. Always check the individual product listing for style-specific sizing notes before ordering.
If you find yourself between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. For styles with adjustable straps or lace-up detailing, you may have more flexibility. When in doubt, email us with your measurements and the style you're interested in and we'll advise personally.
Place a piece of paper on a hard flat floor and stand on it with your heel against a wall. Trace around your foot, then measure the distance from the heel mark to the tip of your longest toe in centimetres. Repeat for both feet and use the larger measurement to find your size. About Our Shoes
Mon Rue shoes are crafted from premium materials selected for their quality, comfort, and aesthetic. Our collection includes:
- Premium Faux Leather — the primary material across our heels and flats range. Smooth, durable, and easy to care for.
- Suede — used across selected heel styles for a soft, luxurious finish. Requires gentle care and a suede protector spray.
- Satin — featured on select evening and bridal styles for an elegant, refined look. Handle with extra care and avoid moisture.
- Velvet — used on statement styles for a rich, textured finish. Store carefully to maintain the nap.
- PVC / Clear Materials — used on clear-strap and contemporary styles. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.

The majority of our collection is made from premium faux leather and other non-animal materials, making them vegan-friendly. However, some styles may use suede or other materials — always check the individual product listing for full material details.
Some styles are restocked depending on demand, while others are limited edition and may not return. If a size is sold out, you can use the Notify Me button on the product page to be alerted if it becomes available again. Care instructions vary by material. As a general rule, wipe clean with a soft dry cloth, store in the original Mon Rue dust bag, and keep away from direct sunlight and moisture. Visit our Care Instructions page for full material-specific guidance.
Every Mon Rue order is packed with care in our signature burgundy Mon Rue shoe box, along with a dust bag and tissue paper. We believe unboxing your shoes should feel as special as wearing them.
Your Order
We begin processing orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at shopmonrue@gmail.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee it once the order is in processing.
Please contact us immediately at shopmonrue@gmail.com with your order number and the correct address. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will update it for you. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been collected by the courier.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at shopmonrue@gmail.com.

Delivery Information
We ship to 26+ countries worldwide including Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Australia, Japan, South Korea, UAE, Saudi Arabia, the United States, and more. For Indonesia (Jakarta), standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express options are also available at checkout for faster delivery. For international orders, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Visit our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
Shipping rates vary by destination. Full rates are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page. The final shipping cost will also be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure.
First, check your tracking link for the latest update. If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours or your building reception. If your parcel appears stuck or lost in transit, please contact us at shopmonrue@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the courier.
Our Returns Policy
Indonesia orders: We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Please contact us before sending anything back.
International orders: All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. The only exception is if we have made an error — if you received the wrong item or wrong size due to our mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
In special circumstances, we may be able to accommodate an exchange for international customers. If approved, the following conditions apply:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs back to us in Jakarta
- You are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred on the return shipment
- The replacement item will be shipped to you and any applicable shipping costs must be covered by you
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Exchange requests must be approved by us before you send anything back
