Domestic Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges for orders shipped within Indonesia, subject to the conditions below.
International Policy
International Orders — No Returns
All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns for orders shipped outside of Indonesia. Please carefully check the size chart on each individual product listing and review your order before completing your purchase.
The only exception is if Mon Rue has made a shipping error — for example, if you received the wrong item or wrong size due to our mistake. In this case please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shopmonrue@gmail.com with your order number and photos and we will resolve this at no cost to you.
International Exchanges — Special Circumstances Only
In special circumstances, we may be able to accommodate an exchange for international customers at our discretion. If approved, the following conditions apply — please read carefully before requesting:
You are responsible for all return shipping costs back to us in Jakarta, Indonesia
All duties, taxes, and customs fees on the return shipment are your responsibility
Outbound shipping costs for the replacement item must be covered by you
Any duties, taxes, or customs fees on the replacement shipment to you are your responsibility
Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original Mon Rue packaging with tags attached
Exchange must be approved by our team before you send anything back — do not ship without approval
To request an international exchange, email us at shopmonrue@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We strongly recommend checking each product's individual size chart before ordering to avoid sizing issues.
How to Return or Exchange
For eligible Indonesia orders. International exchange requests follow the same steps, subject to approval and customer-paid shipping and duties.
Contact Us
Email us at shopmonrue@gmail.com within your return window with your order number and the reason for your request. Indonesia: within 7 days. International: contact us first to check eligibility.
Await Approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving written approval from us.
Pack & Ship
Pack your item securely in the original Mon Rue packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. International customers are also responsible for all duties and taxes incurred on the return shipment.
Exchange or Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds for Indonesia orders are issued to the original payment method.
Received a Faulty or Wrong Item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our error — whether you are in Indonesia or internationally — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shopmonrue@gmail.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We will resolve this for you as a priority at no cost to you.
Please note this exception applies only to errors made by Mon Rue. It does not apply to sizing issues arising from customer error — this is why we strongly recommend checking each product's individual size chart before ordering.
